The short version
We collect what an order needs and a coarse record of page visits. We do not sell anything to anyone, we run no advertising trackers on this site, and there is no third-party analytics script in the page.
When you order
- Your name, email and shipping address, so we can ship it and email you about it.
- What you bought and what you paid, for our books and your receipt.
- Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
When you just visit
We record the page, the referrer, a coarse device type, an approximate location from your IP, and how long the tab was open. It is a first-party record written by our own server. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no advertising cookie on this site.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, payments.
- Supabase, the database holding orders, hosted in Canada.
- Vercel, hosting.
- Google, sending your receipt and nothing else.
That is the whole list. No one buys data from us because we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because Canadian tax law requires it. Visit records are kept for two years and then deleted.
Your data
Email support@tnaado.ca and ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will do it within 30 days. The one thing we cannot delete is a completed order record, for the tax reason above.
