Where we ship

Canada only, for now. Every order leaves from Toronto. If you are outside Canada and want one, email support@tnaado.ca and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the postage.

What it costs

Carriage is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates, and you choose the service. You will usually see two options, each with its real price and delivery window shown before you pay:

  • Standard, from $11.94, 27 business days.
  • Expedited, from $21.54, 13 business days.
  • Free on two ($69.99). Deliberate: two delivered costs less than one plus postage.

What the shipping charge covers

The carrier’s own rate, plus packaging and insurance: the mailer, the tissue inside it, and cover for the parcel while it is in transit. We would rather charge for that line than pretend postage is free and quietly take it out of the product.

If a carrier quotes something absurd for a remote postal code we cap what gets passed on and absorb the rest, so you will not see a $60 shipping line on a $45 order.

How fast

Orders placed before noon Eastern on a business day go out the same day. Everything else goes the next business day. Delivery is typically two to seven business days depending on how far you are from Toronto.

You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created. If four business days pass with no tracking, something has gone wrong on our end. Email us and we will fix it rather than making you wait.

If it does not arrive

Tracking says delivered and it is not there: check with anyone else at the address and look around the door first, then tell us. We will replace it. We would rather absorb the occasional lost parcel than argue with someone about a $45 pillowcase.

Address mistakes

Email us within a couple of hours of ordering and we can almost always correct it before the label is printed. Once it has shipped to a wrong address that you entered, we can only help once it comes back to us.
